cce709832b SECURITY! and cleanups 
comprehensive checking to see packets are received from the IP and port
that match the Radio ID, or master. HB Protocol has some weaknesses
without this. More cleanup and documentation.

4297e6a374 Added multi-master, moved logging 
Seemed like multiple masters could be a thing, so I set it up to create
an arbitrary number of them. Moved logging out of the main script file
so there’s less junk to scroll through.
