Subject: [PATCH] Update P25Hosts.txt

We have set up a reflector under the name  "WARC - Warrington ARC" for any interested parties to link together on YSF (VW), P25 and DMR.
We have  fusion room "GB WARC" and we currently use G0WRS as the Group Call for DMR,
