Robin Getz 58f71e9b62 skymap/webview: Initialize WebView tab state 
Initialize the previously uninitialized m_tabs pointer to nullptr to eliminate
the cppcheck UNINIT_CTOR warning. This ensures the WebView tab state starts in
a defined state and avoids undefined behavior from accessing an uninitialized
pointer.
