0ab857c358 Add PipeEndPoint class, that both ChannelAPI and Feature can inherit 
from, to allow either to be used as pipe sources.
Add MsgMapItem, MsgPacket and MsgTargetAzimuthElevation messages that
can be passed between channels and features via pipes.
