Add DialogPositioner to ensure dialogs are fully on screen and remain on
...
screen when screen orientation changes.
Add DialPopup to allow dials to adjusted with a slider, which is easier
on touchscreens.
Add TableTapAndHold to support table context menus on touchscreens.
