sweet: audio: Correct wrong settings in mixer path

Fix the BT SampleRate from '16000' to 'KHZ_16'
in "mmap-playback bt-sco-wb".

Fix the path name from "mmap-buffer-playback hdmi"
to "mmap-playback hdmi".
