ea76fc4476 sm8350-common: Use AOSP default Codec2/OMX ranks 
debug.stagefright.ccodec=4
is the default value in frameworks.

debug.stagefright.omx_default_rank=0
was used to rank OMX SW codecs lower than OMX HW codecs
but we have removed all OMX SW codecs now.

3d7216ac91 sm8350-common: Disable display refresh rate override 
This got enabled by default on U, and it causes apps like
Chrome and Youtube to set the refresh rate to 30FPS when
playing some videos.

3f74c415ac sm8350-common: Use FUSE passthrough by default 
Enable the persist.sys.fuse.passthrough.enable flag for the device
configuration to enable the FUSE passthrough feature.
This feature has been enabled on Cuttlefish, Wembley and Redbull devices for
months and no issues have been detected yet.

4209e6c3c8 sm8350-common: Allow overriding content detection refresh rate props 
There is a visible gamma shift when switching to high refresh rate on
some devices where it's poorly tuned (like haydn). Since its fine for
properly tuned devices (like renoir/lisa) lets keep these props here
and override on devices where its necessary.

eedc9b46e1 sm8350-common: Cleanup system/vendor property duplicates 
Properties that cannot be set from vendor are removed from
vendor.prop, other properties are removed from system.prop.
