qcacld-3.0: Remove struct ndp_peer_node

Change I12a1d0cf37db22ff0bcb8165cb3f6b3847f8bf5b ("qcacld-3.0: Add
interface changes for supporting NAN data path") introduced struct
ndp_peer_node, but did not actually add code which uses it. Since
this struct is unused, remove it.
