qcacld-3.0: Remove tSirMbMsgP2p

Change I71de90d5fb88462e52148a434d43ea80c41cfe36 ("qcacld-3.0: Move
Channel convert and frame indication logic to lim_utils.c") removed
the last reference to typedef tSirMbMsgP2p. Since it is obsolete,
remove it.
