qcacld-3.0: Rename HDD identifier tSpec
The Linux Coding Style frowns upon mixed-case names so rename HDD identifier tSpec to be compliant. Change-Id: I10fd01adcc87cb2bff5d48fa349e9a355dd90683 CRs-Fixed: 2415547
