qcacld-3.0: Change STA default keep alive time from 60 to 30
AP has less keep alive timer than STA, so AP is kicking out the STA and sending the deauth. To resolve this change CFG_INFRA_STA_KEEP_ALIVE_PERIOD_DEFAULT value from 60 to 30. Change-Id: I0522071bc634b029178de6e09c11d237351a334d CRs-Fixed: 2616279
