Currently, stats over QMI features can only be disabled over build flags,

Currently, the INI param wlanLoggingToConsole is used to enable
or disable WLAN logging to console. It will enable/disable console
logs for all log levels i.e. FATAL/ERROR/WARN/INFO. There is no
provision to enable/disable console logs for specific log level.
To address this, change wlanLoggingToConsole INI as bitmap with each
bit representing a log level. Enable/disable console logs based on
this bitmap.

Function hdd_update_wiphy_he_cap() was added to populate 11ax
related HE phy capabilities into the wiphy structure, but it
was wrongly enclosed by the 6GHz related conditional macros.
Enable the above function for compilation when 11ax is
supported or when kernel 4.19 or later is used.
NOTE: The kernel side support for HE phy capability was
introduced by:
commit <c4cbaf7973a794839af080f13748335976cf3f3f>
cfg80211: Add support for HE
in kernel 4.19, and should be back-ported if any
older kernel intends to support 11ax.

Module is saved in specified memory location when loading. In some
third platform, after rmmod/insmod wlan.ko for a while, wlan.ko may
fail to load due to memory fragmentation.
Split wlan.ko into wlan_resident.ko and wlan.ko. Keep wlan_resident.ko
in kernel all the while and trigger insmod/rmmod only on wlan.ko.
wlan_resident.ko contains all the module realization while wlan.ko
only contains module init/exit.

Add support to enable or disable GRO per adapter at

Add changes to handle transition to the 2 new states:
1. Roaming in progress: Switch to this state when roam
start notification is received from firmware.
2. Roam Synch in progress: Switch to this from RSO
STARTED state if roam synch indication event is received

RSO STOPPED state if supplicant disabled roaming on that
vdev - to allow roam invoke to be processed.
Also query the state machine to get the roaming status instead

WMI_VDEV_BCN_LATENCY_EVENTID is sent by firmware when it receives
the latency IE from connected AP in beacon.
Add handler for this event and when latency_level received is ultra
low in latency IE, update request pm qos type PM_QOS_CPU_DMA_LATENCY
to level DISABLE_KRAIT_IDLE_PS_VAL to speed up CPU efficiency and
irq response. This is needed for Voice and Music products where extreme
low latency is needed while playing music and high power consumption is
accepted.

Currently in the driver, there is no limit on how many number of times
get_tx_power can be requested by the userspace. This can lead to
potential issues where the firmware crashes due to excessive stats
request.
Add a time based rate limiting logic wherein the function call only
sends request to the firmware once in three seconds. In other cases, it
returns the cached value present in the adapter.

Enable compilation of the connection manager roam files with
Kbuild changes.
Add new API to store and retrieve the firmware scan channels at
mlme. Also add initial support to post SET_PCL command through
lim, so that it is not sent before ROAM init command.
Add changes to restrict connection of the 2nd STA to
channels on the other band of the 1st STA connected band.
This is done by filling only the allowed band channels in
the scan filters for the 2nd STA connection. If only
1 STA is active, it is allowed to connect on any band.

Currently, powersave configuration is being overwritten before INIs
are initialized by mlme component. As a result INI configuration is
not being overwritten in case of monitor mode.
To resolve this issue, overwrite PS configuration during start
modules and restore it in stop modules.

Currently there is a single INI item tcp_udp_checksumoffload to enable
or disable this feature for all the adapters. In some cases, we want to
be able to enable this feature selectively for NAN mode.
Add nan_tcp_udp_checksumoffload ini item to enable or disable checksum
offload feature specifically for NAN mode. If
nan_tcp_udp_checksumoffload is 'true' and tcp_udp_checksumoffload is
false, hardware checksum offload will be enabled only for the NAN
adapter and not for other adapters.

QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_NAN_EXT is introduced to carry NAN
command data along with channel info. This channel info is needed
to enable DBS on DBS supported platforms. The command data is sent
to firmware as it on non-DBS platforms.
Userspace is expected to send NAN commands through
QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_NAN_EXT if it's supported. It can send
QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_NAN if QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_NAN_EXT
is not supported, which is expected to happen on older
platforms(non-DBS).
So legacy NAN command QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_NAN is not allowed
on DBS platforms, as the command is sent to firmware without
enabling DBS.
Event part of QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_NAN is still intact as it
carries NAN events from firmware to userspace.

Currently the driver is not synchronized properly between SSR and wifi
ON/OFF. This causes a potential deadlock resulting in a DSC timeout.
To synchronize, add a wait in wlan_hdd_state_ctrl_param_write
which is called during WiFi ON/OFF. This wait will ensure that the
driver recovery is complete before proceeding with ON/OFF.

Bandwidth level was set correctly to PLD_BUS_WIDTH_VERY_HIGH
but current vote level was not updated for monitor mode.
Due to this during PCI link down the reg writes for SW2WBM
release ring were enqueued in delayed register write work
queue instead of being written directly.
Delay in scheduling the workqueue results in SW2WBM release
ring getting full which results in invoking panic.
Hence update the current vote level along with the bus
bandwidth in HDD open function for monitor mode.
