Make the output for PCM parameters more verbose, showing
each rate, bits and format.

Show EAPD and pin-detection capabilities in proc files.
They are often required to support the proper audio functionality.

Assign audio PCMs first before modem PCMs.
The modem stream is assigned up to device #6, to be consistent over
different models.

During debugging for cm9880 multi-channel playback, I added the * after
the currently selected widget, mixer widget doesn't need this but other
3 widget types need it.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
