f48ef99ca1 OMAP: IOMMU: function flush_iotlb_page is not flushing correct entry 
The function flush_iotlb_page is not loading the CAM register with
the correct entry to be flushed, so it is flushing other entry

a9dcad5e37 omap iommu: tlb and pagetable primitives 
This patch provides:

- iotlb_*()     : iommu tlb operations
- iopgtable_*() : iommu pagetable(twl) operations
- iommu_*()     : the other generic operations

and the entry points to register and acquire iommu object.
