7b5b50f1be x86: signal.c declare do_notify_resume before they get used 
Impact: cleanup

In asm/signal.h moved out do_notify_resume from __i386__ as it is common
for both 32 and 64 bit.

1965aae3c9 x86: Fix ASM_X86__ header guards 
Change header guards named "ASM_X86__*" to "_ASM_X86_*" since:

a. the double underscore is ugly and pointless.
b. no leading underscore violates namespace constraints.
