Remove struct pt_regs * from all handlers.
Also remove the regs argument from get_irq() functions.
Compile tested with arch/powerpc/config/* and
arch/ppc/configs/prep_defconfig

After going through the trouble of setting up the PIC base
address in the pic@40000 device tree node, use it instead
of the obsolete hard-coded value.

IRQ setup now comes from the Flat Device Tree and use the new generic
IRQ code. Fixed the fsl_soc.c IRQ OF interrupt node parsing.
Removed some unused MPC86xx macro definition.

Now that get_property() returns a void *, there's no need to cast its
return value. Also, treat the return value as const, so we can
constify get_property later.
