Christoph Hellwig	788252e661	[IRDA]: Switching to a workqueue for the SIR work ... Since sir_kthread.c pretty much duplicates the workqueue functionality, we'd better switch. The SIR fsm has been merged into sir_dev.c and thus sir_kthread.c is deleted. Adrian Bunk	214ad78437	[IRDA]: kill drivers/net/irda/sir_core.c ... EXPORT_SYMBOL's do nowadays belong to the files where the actual functions are. Moving the module_init/module_exit to the file with the actual functions has the advantage of saving a few bytes due to the removal of two functions. Linus Torvalds	1da177e4c3	Linux-2.6.12-rc2 ... Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it.
