1a22f08dbd serial: sh-sci: fix cannot work SH7723 SCIFA
SH7723 has SCIFA. This module is similer SCI register map, but it has FIFO.
So this patch adds new type(PORT_SCIFA) and change some type checking.

a2159b5221 serial: sh-sci: Dynamic clock management depends on HAVE_CLK.
Presently this is conditionalized on sh, and disabled for sh64.
Now that SH-5 ties in to the clock framework, the sh64 exception
can be dropped. Additionally, ARM will want to use the same hooks
once SH-Mobile G3 grows clock framework support, so switch these
paths over to HAVE_CLK now.

Once the H8 and ARM sh-sci users hook up HAVE_CLK, the driver can
be switched over to having an outright dependency on it and the
ifdefs can go away.

f966918724 sh: Kill off the remaining ST40 cruft.
The ST40 stuff in-tree hasn't built for some time, and hasn't been
updated for over 3 years. ST maintains their own out-of-tree changes
and rebases occasionally, and that's ultimately where all of the ST40
users go anyways.

In order for the ST40 code to be brought up to date most of the stuff
removed in this changeset would have to be rewritten anyways, so there's
very little benefit in keeping the remnants around either.

0fbde9509d sh: sh-sci - fix SH7708 support
This patch makes sure the sci serial port driver compiles for sh7708.
The approach taken is to treat the sh7708 as a subset of sh7706, sh7707,
sh7709. sh7708 is very similar to sh7706, sh7707, sh7709, but only
equipped with a single sci port. The platform data in setup-sh770x.c
already limits the number of serial ports for sh7708 to a single one,
so the non-existing scif ports pointed out in sh-sci.h will remain
unused in case of sh7708.
