Fix implicit conversion from enumeration type 'tSirRFBand'
to different enumeration type 'eCsrBand'
Currently 3 different types of enums exist to enumerate the
band type.Remove eCsrBand and tSirRfBand and
use tSirRFBand everywhere.

DPH hash table is allocated for each session of depth equal to
max possible peers. This memory chunk goes upto 33KB in size and
may fail. Instead allocate the memory from BSS segment so that
run-time allocation is not needed.

Currently driver updates KRK/BTK only during RSO start.
Supplicant can update these KRK/BTK during timeout. But
driver currently does not update KRK/BTK dynamically.
This can lead to MIC failure in firmware and cause
roaming failure. Update KRK/BTK as and when they are
received using RSO update to fix this issue.

Current open and close session APIs mainly defined in HDD, SME, and SAP
modules are not proper. They require some design changes to maintain the
consistency.
In order to achieve the goal of making symmetrical design for open and
close session logic, refactor existing API in SME module which could
serve as stepping stone for SAP module and HDD module changes.

Android framwork decides when to put driver in power
save state. When it disables powersave driver starts
a timer to re-enter power save which is not required.
Fix this by not starting auto ps timer for power save
disable case. Framwork sends disable power save in
disconneced state and driver returns error, Due to
this firmware power state is still in BMPS and it
reenables power save immediately after connection
and this causes power state mismatch between framwork
and driver/firmware. Fix is to handle full power
request in disconnected state and send this full power
request to firmware as it can handle it.

The RSSI value of the candidate AP should be higher than rssi_abs_thresh
to roam to the AP. 0 means no absolute minimum RSSI is required.
The value sent to the firmware is the offset from the noise floor in dB.

The Linux Coding Style enumerates a few special cases where typedefs
are useful, but stresses "NEVER EVER use a typedef unless you can
clearly match one of those rules." The tCsrRoamInfo typedef does not
meet any of those criteria, and the underlying struct is already being
used in some places, so replace all remaining tCsrRoamInfo references
with a reference to the underlying struct.

RCPI is measure of received RF power in the selected channel for a
received frame and is measured at the antenna connector and shall be
measured over an entire frame. It is a monotonically increasing,
logarithmic function of received power level.
Wlan firmware computes RCPI.
Add host support to query firmware for RCPI information of peer
mac address in sta, p2p client, softap and p2p go modes.

Currently, do_not_roam flag is used for denoting both supplicant
disabled roaming and the roaming disabled on an interface during
the interface bring up. Differentiate these two flags with proper
nomenclature to make it clear and distinguishable. Name the new
flags to be supplicant_disabled_roaming and roaming_allowed_on_iface.
Currently in a sta+sta scenario roaming is supported only on wlan0.
Based on the flag roaming_allowed_on_iface, send/discard the
roaming commands to be sent to the firmware.

This change adds support for configuring voltage corner mode
thorugh INI parameter. User will provide a bitmap which will
be passed on to the FW during initialization. In this bitmap,
each pair of bits till BIT27 correspond to different phymode,
bw combination. Bit values signify voltage corner configuration.

1) Currently all the parameter to decide best candidate are chosen
as by default.
Add INI support for those parameters to change values on basis
of performance.
2) At the time of calculating best candidate score, rssi consider
bucket size, good rssi, bad rssi, good rssi percentage from total
rssi percentage, bad rssi percentage from total percentage.
Configure these all params from ini.

Current driver has roam id uninitialized in anticipation that roam id
will be filled by SME APIs to correct value but in error conditions
that value may not be filled at all. In those kind of cases
initializing to invalid value will help to avoid any security breach.

Current driver forming a unit test command within HDD layer and uses
message passing method to deliver it to WMA layer which
requires HDD layer to have a knowledge of how to form a unit test command.
User SME API to send params to WMA layer and let WMA form a unit test
command and send it directly to FW through WMI layer instead of HDD
forming and passing it down.

Presently, host driver is sending the exit power save
configuration request to firmware when an interface up comes
before iface_change_timer which is not required because firmware
is the master and decides to enter/exit imps.
To mitigate the issue, don't send the exit IMPS request to firmware
before interface change timer expires and re-configure the same
incase of loadonce-unload never in case of firmware is de-initialzied.

Currently HDD passes the CDS context to sme_get_rssi(), which in turn
passes it to csr_get_rssi(), which in turn uses it to populate the
p_cds_context field in the tAniGetRssiReq message. Upon processing of
this message by csr_update_rssi() the p_cds_context is checked for
NULL but is otherwise unused. Since the CDS context is not needed,
remove it from all of the RSSI APIs.
