eb5f4ca953 [ARM] 5534/1: kmalloc must return a cache line aligned buffer 
Define ARCH_KMALLOC_MINALIGN in asm/cache.h
At the request of Russell also move ARCH_SLAB_MINALIGN to this file.

4baa992243 [ARM] move include/asm-arm to arch/arm/include/asm 
Move platform independent header files to arch/arm/include/asm, leaving
those in asm/arch* and asm/plat* alone.
