1fac36ee7d libertas: fix CF firmware loading for some cards
if_cs_poll_while_fw_download() returned the number of iterations
remaining on success, which in turn got returned as the value from
if_cs_prog_real() and if_cs_prog_helper().  But since if_cs_probe()
interprets non-zero return values from firmware load functions as an
error, this sometimes caused spurious firmware load failures.

d2b21f1917 libertas: if_spi, driver for libertas GSPI devices
Add initial support for libertas devices using a GSPI interface. This has
been tested with the 8686.

GSPI is intended to be used on embedded systems. Board-specific parameters are
required (see libertas_spi.h).

Thanks to everyone who took a look at the earlier versions of the patch.

d71038c059 libertas: Fix alignment issues in libertas core
Data structures that come over the wire from the WLAN firmware must be packed.
This fixes alignment problems on the blackfin architecture and, reportedly, on
the AVR32.

This is a replacement for the previous version of this patch which had also
explicitly used get_unaligned_ macros. As Johannes Berg pointed out, these
macros were unnecessary.

43baa5bb26 drivers/net/wireless/libertas: move a dereference below a NULL test
In each case, if the NULL test is necessary, then the dereference should be

524ad0a791 netdevice: safe convert to netdev_priv() #part-4
We have some reasons to kill netdev->priv:
1. netdev->priv is equal to netdev_priv().
2. netdev_priv() wraps the calculation of netdev->priv's offset, obviously
   netdev_priv() is more flexible than netdev->priv.
But we cann't kill netdev->priv, because so many drivers reference to it
directly.

This patch is a safe convert for netdev->priv to netdev_priv(netdev).
Since all of the netdev->priv is only for read.
But it is too big to be sent in one mail.
I split it to 4 parts and make every part smaller than 100,000 bytes,
which is max size allowed by vger.

OK, becasue Dave S. Miller said, "every direct netdev->priv usage is a bug",
and I want to kill netdev->priv later, I decided to convert all the direct
reference of netdev->priv first.

Different to readonly reference of netdev->priv, in this driver, netdev->priv
was changed. I use netdev->ml_priv to replace netdev->priv.

9c31fd635d libertas: Reduce the WPA key installation time.
WPA requires that the PTK is installed immediately after the 4-way handshake
in order to properly decrypt the subsequent incoming EAPOL-GTK frame. If the
PTK is not enabled by the time the EAPOL-GTK frame arrives, the frame is
dropped and the supplicant does not receive the group key.

This will happen with fast Access Points that send the EAPOL-GTK frame before
the suplicant has successfully installed and enabled the PTK. To mitigate
this situation, this patch simplifies and accelerates the SIOCSIWENCODEEXT
execution.

fb904907fb libertas: check bounds and only use decimal for sysfs persistent features.
Some persistent settings were using hex and others decimal. In some cases,
values were set in hex but reported in decimal. Confusing.

ad3868b2ec mmc,sdio: helper function for transfer padding
There are a lot of crappy controllers out there that cannot handle
all the request sizes that the MMC/SD/SDIO specifications require.
In case the card driver can pad the data to overcome the problems,
this commit adds a helper that calculates how much that padding
should be.

A corresponding helper is also added for SDIO, but it can also deal
with all the complexities of splitting up a large transfer efficiently.

b9e4085768 netdev: Do not use TX lock to protect address lists.
Now that we have a specific lock to protect the network
device unicast and multicast lists, remove extraneous
grabs of the TX lock in cases where the code only needs
address list protection.

e308a5d806 netdev: Add netdev->addr_list_lock protection.
Add netif_addr_{lock,unlock}{,_bh}() helpers.

Use them to protect operations that operate on or read
the network device unicast and multicast address lists.

Also use them in cases where the code simply wants to
block calls into the driver's ->set_rx_mode() and
->set_multicast_list() methods.
