Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz 15ce926ada ide: merge ->dma_host_{on,off} methods into ->dma_host_set method
Merge ->dma_host_{on,off} methods into ->dma_host_set method
which takes 'int on' argument.

There should be no functionality changes caused by this patch.
