Dustin Brown 25843ad715 qcacld-3.0: Move pld_init just before pld_register ... The PLD data structures initialized in pld_init() are not used before PLD registration, and do not need to be the very first thing initialized in the driver. Move the call to pld_init() to immediately before these data structures are used for the first time in the PLD registration process.
