Abhishek Ambure 27a435f023 qcacld-3.0: Add OMN IE in assoc req only if CH BW is 20MHz ... Host adds OMN IE in assoc request only if the AP advertises OMN IE and host supports VHT. Adding OMN IE in assoc request helps to overcome low throughput issue incase of IOT APs where host supports VHT and 20MHz bandwidth only.
