Dustin Brown 4bc0a62828 qcacld-3.0: Detect leaks on transition to driver-closed ... Currently, resource leak detection happens when the driver module is unloaded. Instead move as much leak detection as possible to when the driver transitions back into the closed state. This better supports load-once-never-unload and built-in driver configurations.
