gaurank kathpalia 41361360f9 qcacld-3.0: Modify the active dwell time in scan for ssid ... Currently the driver scans for the bssid if it is not present in the scan cache, due to expire of scan results. But the active dwell time set in the scan request is Zero, hence the active probe is not sent to the AP, and the DUT (STA in this case), just passively scans the channels for that BSSID, which causes latency in connection.
