QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_STA_CONNECT_ROAM_POLICY sends QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_STA_DFS_MODE & QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_STA_SKIP_UNSAFE_CHAN attributes to driver to skip scan channels for station connection or roaming. If QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_STA_DFS_MODE is disabled, station will skip dfs channels in scanning. If QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_ATTR_STA_SKIP_UNSAFE_CHAN is disabled, station will skip unsafe channel in scanning.
