The AUTOFS=y and AUTOFS4=y causes problems with some distros versions of automount. I turned both of those to =m and then followed the default prompts for everything else. I did notice that CONFIG_PNP_DEBUG got changed to CONFIG_PNP_DEBUG_MESSAGES and the default was a =y so I turned that back to a =n.
