A VHT beamformee shall indicate the maximum number of space-time streams it can receive in a VHT NDP in the Beamformee STS Capability subfield of the VHT Capabilities Information field of the VHT Capabilities element. The SAP is advertising STS value as 8 in both 2G and 5G band. This may cause IOT issues. Fix the default value of beamformee STS capability value as default value 3 for SAP.
