Jeff Johnson 285b12e959 qcacld-3.0: Remove obsolete "flex connect" configuration ... Currently cfg.ini supports a "gFlexConnectPowerFactor" configuration item, and this is used to override the WNI_CFG_FLEX_CONNECT_POWER_FACTOR entry in the MAC CFG database. However this MAC CFG database entry is no longer in use, so remove the obsolete support for this configuration item.
