Agrawal Ashish 87ec5d48c8 qcacld-3.0: Indicate HB failure, HO failure and no scan result as FATAL ... In packet logs currently HB failure, HO failure and No scan results are marked as Non Fatal and because of that, these failures are not captured in packet logs.
