Kiran Kumar Lokere 8dba1899b8 qcacld-3.0: Fix the issue with HE MCS cfg with Nss setting ... When the Nss is set to 2,MCS0-11 is used as default HE MCS config for 2x2 mode which may not be same as 1x1 HE MCS config.
