Abhishek Singh 533c9da880 qcacld-3.0: Wait for roam to get stopped during disconnect ... In case roaming was in progress when hdd_disconnect was called, avoid defer disconnect as that will call hdd api in mcthread which waits on event for about 5 seconds thus blocking everything. Also defer disconnect makes supplicant and driver state go out of sync.
