Govind Singh 98b6255df6 qcacld-3.0: Remove QCA_WIFI_3_0_EMU flag from Kbuild ... QCA_WIFI_3_0_EMU flag is introduced for IHelium emulation platform, where wait/error timeouts are kept for larger values. Remove this flag for production target.
