Ryan Hsu d0327d53d7 qcacld-3.0: Add SSR callbacks ... As CDS is not usable by WIN, add callbacks that are registered in QDF and correct the module dependencies. Also rearrange the header file inclusion, due to in cmn project, the qdf_self_recovery_callback() is moved from qdf_event.h to qdf_platform.h.
