Paul Mackerras ab1f9dac6e powerpc: Merge arch/ppc64/mm to arch/powerpc/mm
This moves the remaining files in arch/ppc64/mm to arch/powerpc/mm,
and arranges that we use them when compiling with ARCH=ppc64.
