Jeff Johnson c8ea8e693b qcacld-3.0: Correctly document wma_tx_packet() ... Currently the prototype and the implementation of wma_tx_packet() use different identifiers for some of the parameters, which is confusing to both programmers and to tools. In addition currently the implementation is documented instead of the interface. Therefore move the documentation to the header file, and changed the prototype to match the implementation.
