Currently frequency attributes mhz_freq_seg1 and mhz_freq_seg0 are not getting updated in start ap before calling set channel params api of regulatory component from start bss, regulatory component uses these attributes to set the correct channel params. Since these frequencies params are not correct, regulatory component is returning invalid ch_params for 80+80Mhz operation which is resulting in failure of start bss for 80+80Mhz.
