Mahesh Kumar Kalikot Veetil 64a886965f qcacld-3.0: Add idle state to bus bw logic ... Bus bandwidth logic uses PLD_BUS_WIDTH_NONE to vote if the packet threshold is less than bus_bw_low_threshold. The same vote is used for system suspend too. Add a new state for bus bandwidth logic to vote for idle state.
