jiad 7bac1efee9 qcacld-3.0: Remove qdf_op_protect/unprotect for IPA RX ... wlan_ipa_w2i_cb is notify cb for IPA RX terminated scenario and therefore it is invoked on a per-packet basis. qdf_op_protect and qdf_op_unprotect leads to ~100mbps througput degradation for IPA RX terminated scenario on MDM platforms. Thus remove qdf_op_protect and qdf_op_unprotect on MDM platforms as a temporary workaround to unblock releases and meet KPI. Note that this will be revisited.
