Herbert Xu 604763722c [NET]: Treat CHECKSUM_PARTIAL as CHECKSUM_UNNECESSARY ... When a transmitted packet is looped back directly, CHECKSUM_PARTIAL maps to the semantics of CHECKSUM_UNNECESSARY.
