Marcel Holtmann 1305e9e799 [Bluetooth] Add reset quirk for A-Link BlueUSB21 dongle ... The new A-Link Bluetooth dongle is another one based on the BCM2046 chip from Broadcom and it also needs to send HCI_Reset before it becomes fully operational.
