Sravan Kumar Kairam f3a2f6151d qcacld-3.0: Don't take dp peer ref count during remove peer ... From control path while removing peer, dp peer handle is acquired using mac address with ref count incremented which is not needed. Ref count should be incremented only when there is possibility of parallel execution of peer unmap event. Fix this by getting peer handle with out taking the ref count.
