1. New controls for selecting Tx messages now functioning correctly?

Browse Source 
2. Double-click on decoded message sets Tx Enable.
3. Implemented a runaway Tx watchdog.
4. Added a spinbox for S/N report.
5. Implemented correct message formats for compound callsigns.
