- Cleaned up portaudio-v19 compile/clean a bit
- Fixed more missing merges, start_threads needs to pass PttPort, devin_name devout_name - start_oss.c needs to use devin_name, devout_name git-svn-id: svn+ssh://svn.code.sf.net/p/wsjt/wsjt/trunk@190 ab8295b8-cf94-4d9e-aec4-7959e3be5d79
