Optional trace file located in temp directory

The  existing  trace  file  location created  when  the  CMake  option
WSJT_QDEBUG_TO_FILE is ON is not usable with a Linux package installed
in /usr.

Moved location to the temporary directory as <APPNAME>_trace.log

Merged from wsjtx-1.4 branch.
