caf61a6624 - first cut at a general Makefile for WSJT, it is *not* production quality 
Still a lot of re-factoring to do with the .o etc.

558bcc2e6a - initial cut at a portable ptt module for all unix and unix like systems

F10 to show SpecJT screen.
Alt-F to toggle Freeze.
Erase when changing modes.
