4478d9d46d Sort out the hide controls state persistence in fast and wide graphs 
QWidget::isVisible()  and QWidget::isHidden()  unsurprisingly are  not
directly complementary, in this case QWidget::isHidden() is the needed
functionality.

Thanks to Mike W9MDB for the initial version of this change.

a77d274b41 Add control hiding (CTRL+M) to fast graph to minimize screen usage 
Also cleans up a few layout issues.

7b144f2800 1. Display proper UTC on Fast Graph for files read from disk. 
2. Move cursor DT readout to lower left of top panel.
3. More work on pick-decodes... but it's not yet fully working.

a850804fc1 Increase range of report spinbox in MSK144 to -8 --> +24 dB. Limit the yellow click-to-decode bar to max at TRperiod.

d7799235bd Fast mode audio recording behaves the same way as slow modes 
Fixed naming of fast recording files.

Tidied some signal/slot plumbing in the fast plotter.

032ac900c4 Fix numerous memory leaks and uses of uninitialized variables 
These were discovered when running under teh valgrind MemCheck tool. I
have also  checked in a suppressions  file (wsjtx-valgrind.linux.supp)
suitable for use on Linux when running the valgrind MemCheck tool.
