1. As a test, zap any data at start if id2() that appears to be a T/R transient.

2. Send emedelay (now 0 or 2.5) to QRA64 decoder.
3. Tweaks to sync64, making it better for QRA64A.
4. Mainwindow MessageBox if it attempts to open a file with wrong format.

1. Measure Doppler width by fitting a (modified) Lorentzian.
2. Don't call "slope" in sync65().
3. New definition of "sync1".
4. Get snr from sync1.
