d1530b0c19 Rename ft8sim files as follows: 
ft8sim_gfsk.f90 => ft8sim.f90
ft8sim.f90 => ft8sim_fsk.f90

This change reflects the fact that the GFSK waveform is now used in WSJT-X
for ft8 and ft4.
